Pocillo, a Cuban coffee tradition, is more than just a drink—it's a cultural experience. This potent espresso shot, served in a small glass, embodies the vibrant spirit of Cuban coffee culture.

Originally created in the bustling cafes of Havana, Pocillo uses dark-roasted Cuban coffee beans, finely ground to extract maximum flavor. The brewing process involves a unique technique of whipping sugar with the first drops of espresso, creating a rich, creamy foam called 'espumita'. This method results in a strong, sweet, and incredibly aromatic coffee that's perfect for a quick energy boost or as a social ritual shared with friends and family.
