Ingredients

20g Kopi Luwak coffee beans, medium-fine grind
400ml filtered water, just off the boil (around 95°C/203°F)
Optional: sugar or cream to taste

Instructions

Grind the Kopi Luwak coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency, similar to table salt.
Place the ground coffee in a French press.
Pour the hot water over the grounds, ensuring all the coffee is saturated.
Gently stir the mixture and let it steep for 4 minutes.
Slowly press down the plunger, separating the brewed coffee from the grounds.
Pour the coffee into preheated cups and serve immediately.
Add sugar or cream if desired, but we recommend trying it black first to experience the full flavor profile.
