Authentic Thai Oliang (Iced Coffee)
A bold and refreshing Thai iced coffee with a unique twist
Oliang, also known as Thai iced coffee, is a refreshing beverage that originated in Thailand. This robust and flavorful drink combines the richness of dark roasted coffee with a blend of aromatic spices, creating a unique taste experience that's both invigorating and satisfying.
Traditionally, Oliang is made using a special coffee sock filter, which allows for a slow extraction process that enhances the coffee's natural oils and flavors. The coffee is then sweetened with condensed milk and served over ice, resulting in a creamy, cold brew that's perfect for hot summer days. Our recipe incorporates authentic Thai ingredients and brewing methods to bring you a genuine taste of Thailand's vibrant coffee culture.
