Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coarsely ground dark roast coffee
  • 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground coffee, cardamom, and coriander.
  2. If using a coffee sock, place the mixture in the filter. If not, use a regular coffee filter.
  3. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee mixture, allowing it to drip into a container below.
