Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee, coarsely ground
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 black peppercorns
- 2 cups hot water (200°F)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Small pinch saffron threads
- Pinch of ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Warm honey slightly and add saffron threads. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Combine coffee grounds and crushed spices in French press.
- Pour hot water over coffee and spices, stir gently.
