Ingredients
- 17g medium-light roast coffee beans
- 200ml hot water (195°F/90°C)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dried culinary lavender buds
- 1 oz (28g) white chocolate, caramelized
- 2 tablespoons hot water (for chocolate)
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- Heat water to 195°F (90°C)
- Place filter in AeroPress and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to AeroPress
- Pour 50ml hot water to bloom for 30 seconds
- Add remaining water and stir gently
- Steep for 1 minute
- Press slowly for 30 seconds
- In a separate cup, mix honey with crushed lavender buds
- Melt caramelized white chocolate with 2 tablespoons hot water
- Combine coffee with lavender honey and white chocolate mixture
- Stir well and serve immediately
