Salted Caramel Affogato

Ingredients
- 4 scoops (about 200g) high-quality vanilla gelato or ice cream
- 2 shots (60ml) freshly brewed espresso
- 4 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons crushed amaretti cookies (optional)
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
