Ingredients
- 16g medium-dark roast coffee, finely ground
 - 200ml hot water (195-205°F)
 - 2 pandan leaves (or 30ml pandan extract)
 - 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
 - 120ml milk of choice
 - Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
 
Instructions
- Place the AeroPress filter in the cap and rinse with hot water
 - Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
 - Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
 - Attach the cap and let steep for 2 minutes
 - Press the AeroPress slowly into your serving cup
 - Heat and froth your milk separately
 - Add pandan syrup and coconut sugar to the coffee
 - Pour the frothed milk over the coffee mixture
 - Stir gently and serve immediately
