Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate sauce
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon white chocolate powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped coconut cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Add white chocolate sauce to the bottom of a 16-oz glass
- Pull two shots of espresso directly over the white chocolate sauce
- Stir gently to combine espresso and white chocolate sauce
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Slowly pour in the cold coconut milk
