Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Hot water (175°F/80°C)
- Optional: sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Place paper filter in AeroPress cap and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress chamber
- Pour 90g hot water (175°F) over the grounds
- Stir gently for 10 seconds
- Attach filter cap and let steep for 1 minute
- Press slowly into your mug
- Add cocoa powder to the coffee concentrate and stir well
- Add remaining hot water to reach desired strength (about 150-200ml)
