Ingredients
- 4 fresh figs, halved
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 scoops high-quality vanilla gelato
- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons dark roast coffee grounds
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Fill the bottom chamber of your Moka pot with hot water up to the valve
- Add dark roast coffee to the filter basket and assemble the Moka pot
- Place Moka pot on medium heat and brew coffee
- Meanwhile, sprinkle brown sugar over fig halves
- In a small non-stick pan, place figs cut-side down and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until caramelized
