Ingredients
- 25g light roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 tbsp yuzu juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Mix yuzu juice with honey until well combined
- Combine matcha powder with raw sugar and mix thoroughly
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and bloom with 50ml hot water for 30 seconds
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until you reach 300ml
- Fill serving glass with ice
- Add yuzu honey to the hot coffee and stir
- Pour over ice
- Sprinkle with matcha sugar to taste
