- Coffee grinder
- Scale
- Kettle
- Muddler
- Small strainer
Ingredients
- 17g light roast coffee, medium-fine ground
- 200ml filtered water at 185°F
- 1 tsp dried butterfly pea flowers
- 2 tsp yuzu juice
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Steep butterfly pea flowers in 50ml hot water for 2 minutes, then strain and set aside
- Place AeroPress in inverted position and add ground coffee
- Add 200ml hot water and stir gently
- Steep for 1 minute
- Attach filter and flip onto cup, then press gently
- Muddle mint leaves in serving glass
- Fill glass with ice cubes
- Pour coffee over ice
- Add yuzu juice
- Finally, pour butterfly pea flower tea on top for color-changing effect
