Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup water (for honey syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups ice
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Whipped cream for topping
- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios

Instructions
- Make honey syrup by heating honey and water until combined. Let cool completely.
