- 16 oz filtered water
- 28g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Optional: maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Mix oat milk with cinnamon and nutmeg in a small saucepan and warm gently
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter and level the bed
- Pour about 60g of hot water in circular motion and let bloom for 30 seconds
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until you reach 16 oz
