Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 4 fresh figs, halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 40g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 500ml hot water (205°F)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat
- Drizzle honey over fig halves and place cut-side down in the pan
- Cook figs for 3-4 minutes until caramelized
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
