Ingredients

  • 18g medium-dark roast coffee, finely ground
  • 200ml hot water (195-205°F)
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, toasted
  • 180ml whole milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Additional crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toast pistachios in a dry pan until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
