Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 1 ripe pear, diced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 200ml hot water (195°F)
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a small saucepan until golden and fragrant. Set aside.
- In the same pan, combine diced pear, brown sugar, and spices. Cook until pears are caramelized and soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position.
