Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 cup barista-style oat milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Ice cubes
