Ingredients
- 2 oz (60ml) freshly pulled espresso
- 4 oz (120ml) premium tonic water
- 1 oz (30ml) blood orange juice
- 1/4 oz (7ml) rosemary simple syrup
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Ice cubes
- Blood orange wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes
- Pour in the tonic water
- Add the blood orange juice and rosemary simple syrup
- Slowly pour the freshly pulled espresso over the back of a spoon to create layers
