Ingredients
- 20g medium-light roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1/4 tsp orange blossom water
- 100ml hot water (for date syrup)
Instructions
- Make the date syrup: Pit and chop dates, then blend with hot water until smooth
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and create a small well in the center
- Pour 50ml water for blooming and wait 30 seconds
- Add sliced ginger to the filter
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until reaching 300ml
- Stir in date syrup and orange blossom water
- Serve hot and enjoy
