Ingredients
- 17g medium-roast coffee beans
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 200ml hot water (175°F/80°C)

Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a fine-medium consistency

- Pour hot water (175°F) over the grounds
