Ingredients
- 20g (about 4) Medjool dates, pitted
- 60ml hot water for date sauce
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 30g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 300ml hot water for brewing
- Pinch of sea salt for garnish
