Ingredients

- 2 very ripe Fuyu persimmons, pureed
- 16 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Puree the persimmons until smooth and set aside
