- 2 ripe plums, pitted and sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise pods
- 3 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 2 cups water for coffee
- 1 cup water for plum syrup
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sliced plums, spices, 1 cup water, and honey if using. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
