Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 200ml hot water (195-205Β°F)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- β teaspoon ground cardamom
- β teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ground spices together in a small bowl
- Heat water to 195-205Β°F
- Place AeroPress filter in cap and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and spice mixture to AeroPress
- Pour hot water over coffee and spices
- Stir gently for 10 seconds
- Attach cap and let steep for 1 minute
- Press slowly for about 30 seconds
