Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 2 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 16 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1/2 teaspoon food-grade rose water
- For the pistachio cream:
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios, shelled and unsalted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
