Ingredients
- 20g light-roasted coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 30g premium white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp cherry blossom powder
- 30ml hot water for matcha
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Heat white chocolate in a small bowl until melted
- Prepare matcha by whisking powder with 30ml hot water
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and begin pour-over process
- Once coffee is brewed, stir in melted white chocolate
