Ingredients
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 2 oz hot water (175°F/80°C)
- 2 oz freshly pulled espresso
- 2 tbsp yuzu juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Ice cubes
- Cold filtered water
Instructions
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 oz hot water until smooth
