Ingredients
- 20g medium-light roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 tsp orange blossom water
- 50ml hot water for fig syrup
Instructions
- Combine chopped figs with 50ml hot water in a small bowl. Let steep for 5 minutes, then mash and strain. Set aside the fig syrup.
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter and create a small well in the center
- Pour 50ml water in circular motion for blooming, wait 30 seconds
- Gradually add remaining water in circular motions
- Once coffee is brewed, stir in fig syrup and orange blossom water
- Serve immediately while hot
