Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse-ground dark roast coffee
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water (for syrup)
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine ground coffee with 4 cups cold water in a large jar. Stir gently and refrigerate for 12 hours
- Make mint syrup: Heat 1/4 cup water with sugar until dissolved, add mint leaves, simmer 5 minutes. Cool and strain
