- 10 ounces hot water (205°F)
- 2 tablespoons butter pecan syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine butter, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until butter is melted and pecans are fragrant
- Grind your coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency
- Place the filter in your pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to the filter
- Pour about 50g of hot water over the grounds for blooming, wait 30 seconds
- Slowly pour the remaining water in circular motions
