Ingredients
- 30g medium-roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 tablespoons pandan syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut cream, chilled overnight
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Pandan leaf for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and bloom with 60ml hot water for 30 seconds
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until you reach 300ml
- Let coffee cool to room temperature
- Whip chilled coconut cream with vanilla until soft peaks form
- In a tall glass, add pandan syrup and ice cubes
- Pour cooled coffee over ice
