- Mixing bowls

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Vietnamese ground coffee
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp hazelnut syrup
- 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Ice cubes (if serving cold)
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions
- Toast hazelnuts until fragrant and chop finely
- Mix mascarpone cheese with 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk until smooth
- Add ground coffee to Vietnamese phin filter and brew with hot water
- In each glass, layer hazelnut syrup and remaining condensed milk
- Pour the hot coffee over the mixture
- Top with mascarpone mixture and chopped hazelnuts
- Dust with cocoa powder
- Serve hot or over ice
