Ingredients
- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz premium tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: simple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds
- Pull 2 shots of espresso into a small glass
