Ingredients
- 30g medium-light roast coffee beans
- 150g hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 150g ice cubes
- 15ml yuzu juice
- 5g fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 jasmine tea bag
- 50ml hot water for tea
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place ice cubes in a serving glass
- Steep jasmine tea bag in 50ml hot water for 1 minute, then remove and let cool
- Set up pour-over device with filter over the ice-filled glass
- Add ground coffee to the filter
- Pour hot water over coffee grounds in circular motion
- Mix in yuzu juice and grated ginger
- Add cooled jasmine tea
- Stir gently and serve immediately
