Ingredients
- 18g medium-dark roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp autumn spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger)
- 15ml roasted chestnut syrup
- 200ml hot water at 185°F/85°C
- Optional: frothed milk for topping
Instructions
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position with the plunger at the 4 mark
- Add your freshly ground coffee and autumn spice blend
- Pour in the chestnut syrup
- Add hot water up to the top, stirring gently
- Let steep for 1 minute and 30 seconds
- Attach the filter cap with a pre-wetted filter
- Carefully flip onto your pre-warmed mug and press down slowly
