Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 200ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 2 tablespoons chestnut praline syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
- Set up AeroPress in standard position with paper filter
- Add ground coffee to AeroPress
- Pour hot water over coffee grounds
- Stir gently for 10 seconds
- Attach cap and wait 1 minute
- Press slowly for 30 seconds
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and cinnamon until soft peaks form
- Add chestnut praline syrup to the coffee and stir
- Top with cinnamon cream and dust with ground cinnamon
