Ingredients
- 20g light roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 250ml filtered water, just off boil
- 60ml coconut milk
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- Ice cubes
- Coconut sugar to taste (optional)
