Ingredients
- 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 240ml filtered water, room temperature
- 60ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Set up AeroPress in inverted position and add ground coffee
- Slowly pour room temperature water over grounds
- Gently stir to ensure all grounds are saturated
- Attach filter cap with rinsed paper filter
- Let steep in refrigerator for 12 hours
