Ingredients
- 18g light roast coffee beans
- 200ml filtered water at 185°F
- 1/2 cup fresh dragon fruit, pureed
- 1/4 cup lychee pearls
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lychee syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Set up AeroPress in inverted position and add ground coffee
