Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 1 inch fresh turmeric root, finely grated
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, finely grated
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups hot water (200°F)
- Splash of milk (optional)
Instructions
- Coarsely grind your coffee beans
- Add ground coffee, grated turmeric, grated ginger, and black pepper to your French press
- Pour hot water (200°F) over the mixture
