Honey Lavender Cold Brew

Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely ground medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender buds
- 1/2 cup water (for lavender syrup)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- Ice cubes
- Milk or non-dairy alternative (optional)
Instructions
- In a large jar, combine the ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
