- 1/2 cup medium roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 2 tablespoons jasmine pearl tea
- 1 cup fresh or canned lychees, plus extra for garnish

Instructions
- In separate containers, combine 2 cups water with ground coffee and 1 cup water with jasmine pearls. Refrigerate both for 12-16 hours.

- Strain the coffee and tea into separate containers.
- For each drink, fill a tall glass with ice.
