Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely ground medium-roast coffee beans
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water (for matcha)
- 1/2 cup plant-based whipping cream
- 2 tbsp black sesame paste
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine ground coffee with cold water in a large jar. Steep in refrigerator for 12 hours.
