Ingredients

  • 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
  • 200ml hot water (195°F/90°C)
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • For the Churro Cream:
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
  2. Mix chocolate powder, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in your serving mug
  3. Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position
  4. Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
