Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice cold water for adjusting consistency
Instructions
- Combine tahini, heavy cream, and honey in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth, adding cold water as needed to reach a pourable consistency
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of your serving glass
- Pull two shots of espresso directly over the muddled mint
