- 240ml filtered water
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 large egg white
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
Instructions
- Mix all ground spices with the ground coffee
- Fill the Moka pot base with hot water up to the valve
- Add the coffee-spice mixture to the filter basket
- Add vanilla bean seeds to the upper chamber
