- 4 tablespoons dark roast coffee, finely ground
- 2 oz chestnut liqueur
- 2 tablespoons winter spice syrup
- 2 cups water
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Ground cinnamon for dusting

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise pods

Instructions

- Once coffee is brewed, remove from heat immediately
- In each serving cup, add 1 oz chestnut liqueur and 1 tablespoon spice syrup
- Pour the hot coffee equally into both cups and stir
- Top with whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon
