- 17g medium-dark roast coffee, finely ground
- 200ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 2 oz homemade pear syrup (1 ripe pear, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, finely grated
- 6 oz steamed milk
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- **For the pear syrup:** Combine diced pear, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and cool.
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position with a paper filter
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
