Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse ground coffee
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water (for syrup)
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Combine coarse ground coffee with 4 cups cold water in a large jar. Stir gently and refrigerate for 12 hours
- For the syrup, combine blueberries, lavender, honey, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan
- Simmer syrup mixture for 10 minutes, then strain and let cool
- Strain the cold brew through a paper filter
- For each serving, combine 3/4 cup cold brew with 2-3 tablespoons blueberry-lavender syrup
